检测30例慢性肝病的血浆及外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活力。结果发现上述全部病人的血浆ADA活力显著高于正常人;10例未经治疗的慢性肝病病人的PBMC-ADA活力显著低于正常人,而强力宁治疗组其活力接近正常;其他药物治疗组其活力则略低于正常对照及强力宁组,无统计学意义。提示PBMC-ADA活力测定对观察免疫调节剂疗效可能有一定价值。
Adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity in plasma and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of 30 patients with chronic liver disease was detected. The results showed that the plasma ADA activity of all the above patients was significantly higher than that of normal people. The activity of PBMC-ADA in 10 untreated patients with chronic liver disease was significantly lower than that in normal people, while the activity of Qianglinning group was close to normal. In other drug treatment groups Vitality is slightly lower than the normal control and strong Ning group, no statistical significance. Tip PBMC-ADA activity assay may have some value in the observation of immunomodulator efficacy.
