目的探讨采用药物联合康复理疗治疗骨质疏松的临床效果。方法选取医院2011年7月-2013年12月收治的骨质疏松患者147例,基于患者每天口服钙片并进行磁振热机器和骨质疏松治疗仪进行治疗,对比患者治疗前后疼痛及骨量变化情况。结果治疗后患者的骨质量和疼痛程度较治疗前均取得明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用药物联合康复理疗治疗骨质疏松,疗效显著,安全可靠,建议在临床上进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined therapy and drug therapy on osteoporosis. Methods A total of 147 patients with osteoporosis were selected from July 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital. Oral calcium tablets were administered daily to patients with osteoporosis. The pain and bone mass were compared before and after treatment Changes. Results The bone mass and the degree of pain of patients after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of osteoporosis with drug rehabilitation therapy is significant, safe and reliable, and is recommended for further clinical application.
