我厂加工图1所示工件,在385mm长度上有六处需加工成图中的齿形。我们设计了一套自动分度夹具,在刨床刨齿,比铣齿提高工效30倍,并达到了图纸要求。该装置分度主要靠分度齿轮2(图2)实现的,齿轮2的齿数和齿形与工件的齿数齿形相同,只是放大了六倍,它通过主轴与三爪卡盘4连接。压块13用拉链12与滑枕刀架连接。退刀时拉链被拉紧,压块13压动压杆8’拨叉11往前拨动齿轮2一个齿。这样,创床滑枕往返一次,正好刨削一个齿。
I plant the workpiece shown in Figure 1, there are six in 385mm length to be processed into a tooth profile. We designed a set of automatic indexing fixtures, shaper teeth planing, milling efficiency than the work to improve 30 times and meet the requirements of the drawings.
