In 1999 October, Anhui Province Public Relations Association held its sixth annual meeting in Chaohu Lake and 21 st century public relations development strategy seminar. The meeting listened to the report entitled “Developing the Public Relations in Our Province to Meet the Challenge of the New Century” made by Vice President Yang Defu on behalf of the Standing Council; delivered a report on the work of the 12th National Federation of Public Relations Organizations, the Secretary-General of the First National Public Relations Organization Spirit; to discuss and add a list of members of the Council of the Council; to summarize the work since the Fifth Annual Conference; to discuss the strategic issues and the Institute of Anhui PR development in the 21st century.
