目的 探讨华蟾素注射液的镇痛作用及其机制。方法 采用热板法和机械压力法测定SD大鼠后爪缩爪反应潜伏期 (HWL)作为痛阈指标 ,观察腹腔注射 (IP)华蟾素的镇痛作用和纳洛酮对华蟾素增加的HWL的影响。 结果 热板法 :IP 1.0ml华蟾素大鼠双侧HWL明显增加(P <0 .0 0 1) ;IP 0 .5ml华蟾素大鼠右侧HWL明显增加 (P <0 .0 5) ,而左侧HWL无明显差异(P >0 .0 5)。机械压力法 :IP 1.0ml华蟾素大鼠右侧HWL明显增加 (P <0 .0 5) ,而左侧HWL无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。IP 0 .5ml华蟾素大鼠双侧HWL均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。IP 0 .2mg纳洛酮能明显地拮抗华蟾素的镇痛作用 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 华蟾素具有镇痛作用 ;华蟾素与内阿片肽在神经系统内伤害性信息传递过程中有一定的关系
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of cinobufacini injection and its mechanism. Methods Hot plate method and mechanical pressure method were used to determine the latency of withdrawal (HWL) of rat hind paw as index of pain threshold. The analgesic effect of cinobufagin intraperitoneally (IP) and the increase of cinobufacine HWL impact. Results Hot-plate method: The HWL of bilateral cinobufotalin in IP 1.0ml group was significantly increased (P <0.01); the HWL of right side of IP 0.5ml cinobufotalin group was significantly increased (P <0.05) , While the left HWL had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Mechanical pressure method: IP 1.0ml cinobufotalin right HWL significantly increased (P <0. 05), while the left HWL no significant difference (P> 0.05). IP 0.5ml cinobufotalin bilateral HWL no significant difference (P> 0.05). IP 0.2 mg naloxone significantly antagonized cinobufacini (P <0.01). Conclusion Cinobufacini has an analgesic effect. Cinobufacini has some relationship with nociceptin in nociceptive transmission in the nervous system
