本文在总结国内外研究人员对产业集群研究成果的基础上,构建装备制造业集群网络结构,研究集群的产业网络层和社会网络层及其联系,以探究装备制造业集群要素结网的深层次原因和装备制造业产业集群的特征。从地方政府这一区域集群网络的行为主体出发,探讨地方政府促进装备制造业中小企业集群成长的机理和原则,提出了地方政府促进装备制造业中小企业集群成长的具体措施。
This article summarizes the domestic and foreign researchers on the industrial cluster based on the results of research, build equipment manufacturing cluster network structure, research cluster industrial network layer and social network layer and its relationship, in order to explore the equipment manufacturing cluster elements of networking Causes and Characteristics of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Cluster. Based on the behavior of local governments, this paper explores the mechanism and principle of local governments in promoting the growth of SME clusters in the equipment manufacturing industry and puts forward specific measures for local governments to promote the growth of SME clusters in the equipment manufacturing industry.
