冀中能源.(000937)日前发布公告称,拟以17.45亿现金收购控股股东冀中集团的全资子公司山西冀中80%的股权。待山西冀中煤矿技改工程竣工验收后,公司将择机要求冀中集团将持有山西冀中的剩余20%股权转让给公司。
(000937) recently announced that it intends to 1.775 billion yuan of cash to acquire the controlling shareholder of Jizhong Group, a wholly owned subsidiary 80% stake in Shanxi Jizhong. After the completion of Jizhong Coal Mine Technical Improvement Project in Shanxi, the Company will choose Jizhong Group to transfer the remaining 20% equity interest in Shanxi Jizhong to the Company.
