在新时期的发展变革中,我国公路桥梁施工企业投标管理体系也越来越完善。但是,随着市场经济体制的不断变革,我国公路桥梁施工企业投标管理制度上仍旧存在一些问题和不足,因此,本文针对新时期公路桥梁施工企业投标管理中所存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出有效的新时期公路桥梁施工企业投标管理的解决对策。
