本文利用1997、2002、2005、2007年长三角三省市的投入产出表测算了进出口贸易对长三角地区能源消耗和污染排放的影响。结果显示,在此期间进(出)口含能(污)量均呈现增长的趋势,但是出口含能(污)量的增速高于进口含能(污)量。出口含能(污)量的高速增长主要是由于出口规模增长带来的规模效应,不过能源消耗及污染排放效率的提高带来的效率效应有效地缓解了规模效应。
Based on the input-output tables of the three provinces and cities in 1997, 2002, 2005 and 2007 in the Yangtze River Delta, this paper estimates the impact of import and export trade on energy consumption and pollution emissions in the Yangtze River Delta. The results showed that during the period, the energy content of both inbound and outbound ports tended to increase, but the growth rate of exportable energy content was higher than that of imported energy content. The rapid growth of export energies (pollutants) is mainly due to the economies of scale brought by the increase of export scale, but the efficiency effect brought by the increase of energy consumption and pollution discharge efficiency has effectively alleviated the scale effect.
