商贸街一般都处于城区主要交通干线,是最繁华的商贸中心,具有交通、商贸、休闲等多种功能。近年来,随着城市经济的快速发展,一些老旧的商贸街已不能满足群众生产生活需要,而且严重影响了城市功能正常发挥和城市整体形象。因此,为进一步整治城市卫生、优化人居环境、完善城市功能、提高城市品味、打造城市形象,对一些老旧商贸街实施改造也就成了一种必然。本文将结合新怡发商贸街的改造情况,谈谈商贸街改造的具体思路。
