研究了电弧熔炼过程中LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5)合金的凝固行为。应用XRD和扫描电镜分析了合金组织相组成和结构。结果表明:温度梯度和成分偏析造成LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5)合金铸锭显微组织大致分成了五层,从样品四周到中部,析出1∶13相形貌依次为树枝状、椭圆状、柱状、等轴状和羽毛状枝晶;LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5)合金铸锭中1∶13相析出方式应该有两种,直接析出形成树枝状、椭圆状、柱状,1∶13相包裹α-Fe相形成包晶相析出。
The solidification behavior of LaFe_ (10.5) Si_ (2.5) alloy during arc melting was investigated. The microstructure and structure of the alloy were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the microstructure of LaFe_ (10.5) Si_ (2.5) alloy ingot is roughly divided into five layers due to temperature gradient and segregation of components. The morphology of 1:13 phase precipitates from the periphery to the middle of the sample are dendritic, elliptical, Columnar, equiaxed and feathery dendrites. There should be two kinds of 1:13 phase precipitates in the LaFe_ (10.5) Si_ (2.5) alloy ingot, which are directly precipitated into dendritic, oval, columnar, 1:13 phase α-Fe phase to form a peritectic phase precipitation.
