本文研究作为振荡器、滤波器等器件用的压电陶瓷振子的等效参数调整法。二端型压电陶瓷振子的谐振频率的等效电路如图1所示。(1)到(3)式是图中等效参数表示的特性,适用于这种振子。谐振频率:f_0=1/(2π(L_0C_0)~(1/2)) (1)
This paper studies the equivalent parameter adjustment method of piezoelectric ceramic oscillator used as oscillator, filter and other devices. The equivalent circuit of the resonant frequency of the two-terminal piezoelectric ceramic resonator is shown in FIG. 1.
