兴庆区是银川市的老城区,老旧小区多,规模大,居住人口多。现有街道办事处11个,城市社区72个。5000户以上社区有10个,3001-5000户的社区有59个,3000户以下社区有3个。自治区开展“和谐社区”试点工作以来,兴庆区紧紧围绕把社区建设成为“服务完善、管理民主、充满活力、和谐幸福”的社会生活共同体这一目标,通过联创共建新模式、构建网格化管理、新型居委会自治、强化社区新服务等方式的积极探索,在创新社区建设之路上不断进行有益尝试。
Xingqing District is the old city of Yinchuan, old and more, large-scale, residential population. There are 11 existing subdistrict offices and 72 urban communities. There are 10 communities with more than 5000 households, 59 communities with 3001-5000 households and 3 communities with less than 3000 communities. Since the autonomous region carried out the pilot project of “Harmonious Community”, Xingqing District has been closely following the goal of building the community into a community of social life with “perfect service, democratic management, full of vitality and harmonious happiness” New models, building grid management, new neighborhood committees autonomy, and strengthening new services in the community. We are trying our best to make innovations in community building.
