利用4个大豆品种,设置4种卡那霉素浓度,研究了卡那霉素对大豆种子发芽的影响。结果表明:卡那霉素对大豆种子的发芽势和发芽率没有影响,也未引起幼苗黄化,但能明显抑制幼苗的生长,引起幼苗和主根变短、侧根数减少。在300μg/mL浓度下,大豆幼苗主根长度为13cm,且没有侧根长出,是一种容易鉴别的指示性状
Using four soybean varieties, four kanamycin concentrations were set to study the effect of kanamycin on the germination of soybean seeds. The results showed that kanamycin had no effect on the germination potential and germination rate of soybean seeds, nor did it cause yellowing of seedlings, but significantly inhibited the growth of seedlings, resulting in shortened seedlings and main roots and reduced number of lateral roots.
