目的：探讨肾上腺皮质腺瘤的ＣＴ表现及鉴别诊断。方法：回顾性分析４０例经病理证实的肾上腺皮质腺瘤患者的ＣＴ资料，男６例，女３４例，年龄２５～５３岁，平均３９岁，全部病例均作ＣＴ平扫及增强扫描。结果：ＣＴ能清晰显示肾上腺皮质腺瘤的大小、形态、密度及强化程度，结合临床资料，可对其进行分类并作出鉴别诊断。结论：ＣＴ对肾上腺皮质腺瘤有较高诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the CT findings and differential diagnosis of adrenocortical adenoma. Methods: The CT data of 40 adrenocortical adenoma patients confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. There were 6 males and 34 females, aged from 25 to 53 years (average 39 years old). CT scan and enhanced scan were performed in all cases. Results: CT can clearly show the size, shape, density and degree of enhancement of adrenocortical adenoma. According to the clinical data, CT can be classified and differentiated. Conclusion: CT has high diagnostic value in adrenocortical adenoma.
