利用减压原理灌装药液时,一般都需安装一个真空表,以控制负压程度:在此介绍一个i旬便易行的方法: 取一报废血压计上的活塞,去掉筛网,复抽入一塑料滴眼瓶(用带螺口的)才用三通将活塞连接于真空泵管路中即可.安装位置以易于观察操作为宜。用时将活塞的进气阀拧紧,接通真空泵电源抽真空,待塑料滴眼瓶被抽瘪后关机,打开活塞上的进气阀进气,即完成灌装过程安装如附图所示;口科翻.
