我们已证实在休克过程中血镁进行性升高,且血镁的升高促使休克向不可逆发展。人们普遍认为钙离子与镁离子有拮抗作用,这一点在离体实验得到证实。但在休克动物提高血钙浓度是否有拮抗镁促休克不可逆发展的作用呢?我们在家兔失血性休克模型上,由股动脉放血,使血压降到40mmHg,维持该水平到贮血器内血量开始降低时,弃去贮血器里的血液,输入等量生理盐水加右旋糖苷4ml/Kg(对照组),给镁组再加0.4ml/Kg的10%MgSO_4。给钙组在输入等量镁后再输入10%葡萄糖酸钙5ml/只。
