群众杨(P.popularis)是以小叶杨(P.simonii)为母本,授以旱柳(Salix mutsudana)和钻天杨(P.nigra var.italica)混合花粉(8:1)而选出的优良品种。由于其有轻微的旱柳特征,也称为小钻旱。然而旱柳花粉是否真的起了作用呢?对此争议很大。为了弄清其遗传基础,我们用免疫化学方法进行了测定。
