长沙发电厂在请“四老”讲“三史”(厂史、老工人家史、革命斗争史)的基础上,举办了“三史”展览馆,向全厂职工进行生动而又深刻的阶级教育。他们经过访苦、问苦、忆苦,搜集了大量材料,对新旧社会进行了极其鲜明的对比。通过这次展览,大大激发了广大职工群众的阶级感情,增强了阶级斗争观念,职工们把这个展览馆称作“阶级教育的活课堂”。长沙发电厂的这个进行阶级教育的经验是值得学习的。
On the basis of “Four Olds” and “Three Historys” (History of Factory, History of Old Workers, and History of Revolutionary Struggle), Changsha Power Station held the exhibition hall of “Three Historys” A vivid and profound class education. After visiting hardships, asking hardships and remembering hardships, they collected a great deal of materials and made extremely sharp contrasts to the old and the new ones. Through this exhibition, the class feelings of the broad masses of workers and staff members were greatly stimulated and the concept of class struggle was enhanced. The workers called the exhibition hall “the live classroom of class education.” This Changsha power plant class education experience is worth learning.
