通过对荔枝花粉发芽率的观察，结果表明，荔枝品种间花粉发芽率有很大差异，但同时又受到气候条件的影响，雄花开放前的天气状况，特别是花药发育期的旬平均气温明显影响荔枝花粉发芽能力（花粉质量）。通过花粉贮藏试验首次成功地使荔枝花粉达到周年贮藏，三月红花粉在－３０℃条件下干燥贮藏１年仍有２６．３％的发芽率。并讨论了影响荔枝花粉发芽能力和贮藏寿命的若干因素。
Through the observation of the germination rate of litchi pollen, the results showed that there are great differences in the germination rate of litchi varieties, but at the same time it is affected by the climatic conditions, the weather conditions before the male flowers bloom, especially the ten-day average temperature of the anthers significantly affect Litchi pollen germination ability (pollen quality).
