本文报告584例病理诊断明确的病理切片肿瘤细胞核分裂观察结果:(1)350例恶性肿瘤核分裂平均值为13.73±0.6‰(M±SE),234例良性肿瘤核分裂平均值为1.6±0.2‰(M±SE),差异非常明显(P<0.01);(2)核分裂值>5‰,有助于肉瘤病人的诊断;(3)病理性核分裂可能与肿瘤病人的预后有关;(4)核分裂相在病理上分8型,本文描述了它们的特征。
In this paper, 584 cases of pathologically diagnosed tumor mitosis were reported: (1) The average fission rate of 350 malignant tumors was 13.73 ± 0.6 ‰ (M ± SE) and that of 234 benign tumors was 1.6 ± 0.2 ‰ ( M ± SE), the difference was significant (P <0.01); (2) the mitotic value> 5 ‰ was helpful for the diagnosis of sarcoma patients; (3) the pathological mitosis may be related to the prognosis of tumor patients; (4) In the pathological type 8, this article describes their characteristics.
