目的提出实施扩大国家免疫规划中的问题和困难,为各级政府决策提供参考。方法以扩大免疫规划实施的工作经费、补助经费、冷链装备等影响因素,针对性提出具体解决措施。结论工作经费和接种补助经费是实施扩大国家免疫规划的根本保证,在西部地区应以国家投入为主,地方政府财政投入为辅,建立和完善预防接种保障体系,以确保扩大国家免疫规划的顺利实施。
Objective To put forward the problems and difficulties in implementing the plan to expand the national immunization program and provide references for the government decision-making at all levels. Methods Expansion of the implementation of the immunization program work funding, grants, cold chain equipment and other influencing factors, targeted to propose specific solutions. Conclusions The funding for work and inoculation subsidies are the fundamental guarantees for the implementation of the expansion of the national immunization program. In the western region, the investment by the state should be given priority to and the financial investment by the local governments should be supplemented. The safe vaccination system should be established and improved so as to ensure the smooth development of the national immunization program Implementation.
