目的研究超声引导下实施经皮经肝胆囊穿刺置管引流术(PTGD)治疗老年急性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法 60例老年急性胆囊炎患者随机均分为观察组(超声引导下实施PTGD)和对照组(实施常规的胆囊切除术),比较两组患者术后临床治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治愈率增加(100%vs.93.3%),并发症发生率降低(3.3%vs.13.3%),住院时间和抗生素使用时间缩短[(13.76±3.43)d vs.(25.50±4.79)d和(3.71±1.51)d vs.(5.38±2.12)d](P<0.05)。结论超声引导下实施PTGD治疗老年急性胆囊炎的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of ultrasound guided percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage (PTGD) in the treatment of senile acute cholecystitis. Methods Sixty elderly patients with acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into observation group (ultrasound-guided PTGD) and control group (conventional cholecystectomy). The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the cure rate of the observation group increased (100% vs 93.3%), the complication rate decreased (3.3% vs 13.3%), the duration of hospitalization and the duration of antibiotics shortened (13.76 ± 3.43) d vs. (25.50 ± 4.79) d and (3.71 ± 1.51) d vs. (5.38 ± 2.12) d] (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided PTGD treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis significant clinical effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
