近几年来,我局对劳动工资进行了一系列改革,为加强企业管理、提高经济效益、更好地完成生产计划,发挥了突出的作用。 1.扩大厂、矿自主权 在加强局的宏观控制的基础上,扩大厂、矿自主权。例如,在不超过包干工资的前提下,各矿可以自行补充招用农民轮换工;各厂、矿拥有内部分配权;职工的调配,奖励和处分也统由各单位自定等等。
