结合高职院校特点,以新教师角色转换为切入点,探讨原因,明确对策,以更好地实现新教师角色的转变,尽快适应教师职业。
Combining with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the paper changes the new teacher’s role as an entry point, explores the reasons and clarifies the countermeasures so as to better realize the change of the new teacher’s role and adapt to the teacher’s occupation as soon as possible.
