用3个不同类型的陆地棉品种为轮换亲本与海岛棉显性无腺体种质材料进行杂交和连续10次回交,育成3个陆地棉显性无腺体近等基因系。育成的显性无腺体近等基因系除腺体性状外,其余性状均为陆地棉类型,且基本与对应的轮换亲本相同。
Three different types of upland cotton cultivars were used as the rotation parents to hybridize with island gossypium dwarfing gland germplasm materials for 10 times and backcrossed continuously for 10 times. In addition to the gland traits, all other traits of the dominant glandless proximal nearly isogenic lines were genotypes of upland cotton, and were basically the same as the corresponding rotated parents.
