目的 分析鼻咽癌常规外照射摆位误差 ,并提出改进建议。方法 随机抽取鼻咽癌常规外照射摆位 ,并用激光定位灯进行摆位验证。结果 鼻咽癌患者侧卧位耳前野上缘与下缘及左缘与右缘剂量存在偏差 ,颈前、后切线野头后仰标准不一 ,口腔受量过高。结论 鼻咽癌常规外照射采取头颈固定器或固定枕固定 ,在同一体位下水平或切线照射
Objective To analyze the setup error of routine external irradiation for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and to propose some suggestions for improvement. Methods Routine external irradiation position of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was randomly selected and verified by laser positioning lamp. Results There was a deviation between the upper and lower margins of the ear and the right margin of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Conclusion Conventional external nasopharyngeal carcinoma using head and neck fixator or fixed pillow fixation, horizontal or tangential irradiation in the same position
