针对黑龙江省电网220 kV电压偏高的问题,对省网电压、稳定情况进行了计算研究。根据各地区具体情况,采取了经济可行的调压措施,将调整电厂主变分接头位置、机组进相运行、加装电抗器等措施有效地结合起来进行电压的综合治理。进相运行机组最大单机容量为600MW。部分500 kV系统电抗器采用了过补偿的方法。实践证明,进行电压综合治理后,黑龙江省网500 kV、220 kV电压水平均有明显改善,电压合格率已超过99%,对电气设备的安全运行起到了良好的作用。
Aiming at the problem of high voltage of 220 kV in Heilongjiang Power Grid, the voltage and stability of the provincial power grid are calculated and studied. According to the specific conditions of each region, it has taken economically feasible voltage regulation measures and will effectively combine the measures to adjust the position of the main transformer substation, the phase-in operation of the generator set, and the installation of reactors to carry out the comprehensive treatment of the voltage. Phase into the running unit maximum single capacity of 600MW. Some 500 kV system reactors use overcompensation methods. Practice has proved that after comprehensive treatment of voltage, Heilongjiang Province network 500 kV, 220 kV voltage levels have improved significantly, the voltage pass rate has exceeded 99%, the safe operation of electrical equipment has played a good role.
