关于宪法概念的界定可谓意见纷呈。笔者以历史语境、基本内容两个层次铺陈宪法概念的基本精神和特征;并通过历史语境与基本内容交错,即通过历史的视角展示了宪法的基本内容,更从基本内容中突出其历史脉络的方式铺陈这一概念。
