靖会电力提灌工程二泵站已运行了24年，由于当时历史条件所限，加之泵站机电设备逐渐老化，泵站已达不到原设计能力。是典型的高耗能，低效率泵站。改建设计遵循的原则是尽量利用已有的水工建筑物，更换老化严重、高耗低效的机电设备，并对主厂房、前池、出水塔进行相应的调整改建，扩建副厂房。通过对该泵站改建设计的介绍，为电力提灌工程中高耗能泵站的改造积累经验。

Through the introduction of the design of the pump station reconstruction, experience has been accumulated for the reconstruction of high energy-consuming pump stations in the electric pumping project.
