目的回顾性分析多西他赛联合顺铂一线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌共42例,近期疗效临床观察及安全性评估。方法收集我肿瘤中心2012年1月~2013年6月一线应用多西他赛联合顺铂联合方案治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌,接受化疗超过2疗程以上,有可测量病灶的患者。应用多西他赛75mg/m2,静脉滴注l小时,第1天,顺铂75mg/m2,静脉滴注,分3天给药,每21~28天为1个化疗周期。2周期后运用RECIST标准评估近期疗效。结果多西他赛联合顺铂一线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌毒副反应可以接受,近期疗效好。
Objective To retrospectively analyze 42 cases of docetaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The clinical efficacy and safety of the docetaxel combined with cisplatin were evaluated. Methods The patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who underwent docetaxel plus cisplatin combination regimen from January 2012 to June 2013 were enrolled in this study. Patients with measurable disease who received more than 2 cycles of chemotherapy were enrolled. Docetaxel 75mg / m2, intravenous infusion of l hour, on the first day, cisplatin 75mg / m2, intravenous infusion, divided into 3 days, every 21 to 28 days for a chemotherapy cycle. RECIST criteria were used to evaluate the short-term efficacy after 2 cycles. Results Docetaxel plus cisplatin first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer side effects are acceptable, the recent good effect.
