目的观察四磨汤口服液联合红霉素治疗新生儿喂养不耐受的效果。方法选择2009年3月—2012年9月收治的新生儿喂养不耐受102例,随机分为对照组50例和观察组52例,在控制原发病、补液、静脉营养、维持水与电解质平衡的基础上,对照组给予红霉素口服每次3 mg/kg,3次/d;观察组在对照组基础上联合四磨汤口服液每次1.5 ml/kg,3次/d。两组均连续治疗7 d,观察两组呕吐消失时间、腹胀消失时间、静脉营养应用时间、住院时间和总有效率。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果呕吐消失时间、腹胀消失时间、静脉营养时间、住院时间对照组分别为(3.12±0.12)、(2.67±0.38)、(9.5±1.6)、(13.00±0.95)d,观察组分别为(2.32±0.53)、(1.95±0.43)、(7.8±1.3)、(10.3±0.82)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=10.418、8.948、5.900、15.384,均P<0.05)。总有效率对照组78.0%,观察组94.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.671,P<0.05)。结论四磨汤口服液联合红霉素治疗新生儿喂养不耐受有协同作用,能促进胃肠动力,迅速恢复胃肠功能,提高新生儿喂养耐受性,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effects of Simotang Oral Liquid and Erythromycin in the treatment of neonatal feeding intolerance. Methods 102 cases of neonatal intolerance admitted from March 2009 to September 2012 were randomly divided into control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 52). In the control of primary disease, fluid replacement and intravenous nutrition, water and electrolyte On the basis of the balance, the control group was orally given erythromycin 3 mg / kg, 3 times / d orally; the observation group was treated with Si mill Tang oral solution 1.5 ml / kg, 3 times / d on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 consecutive days. The vomiting disappearance time, disappearance of abdominal distension, time of intravenous nutrition, length of hospital stay and total effective rate were observed in both groups. Results The vomiting disappearance time, disappearance time of abdominal distension, venous nutrition time and hospitalization time were (3.12 ± 0.12), (2.67 ± 0.38), (9.5 ± 1.6) and (13.00 ± 0.95) days in observation group and (2.32 ± 0.53), (1.95 ± 0.43), (7.8 ± 1.3) and (10.3 ± 0.82) d respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (t = 10.418,8.948,5.900,15.384, all P <0.05). The total effective rate was 78.0% in the control group and 94.2% in the observation group, with significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 5.671, P <0.05). Conclusion Simotang oral solution combined with erythromycin in neonatal feeding intolerance have synergistic effects, can promote gastrointestinal motility, rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function, improve neonatal feeding tolerance and shorten the hospital stay, worthy of clinical promotion.
