适应工业体制改革和企业全面整顿发展的需要,企业管理现代化问题已经迫切地提上日程。但是,对于什么是企业管理现代化,如何实现企业管理现代化,不论在实践上还是在理论上,都存在许多不同的认识,甚至有一些争议。本文打算对这些问题作一些探讨。(一)什么是企业管理要研究企业管理现代化,首先必须弄清楚什么是管理。目前说法很多,比如功能说、决策说、组织说,等等。我想,对此应该有一个全面的、辩证的看法。
To meet the needs of the reform of the industrial system and the complete rectification of enterprises, the issue of modernization of enterprise management has been urgently put on the agenda. However, there are many different understandings and even some controversies as to what is the modernization of enterprise management and how to modernize enterprise management, both in practice and in theory. This article intends to explore some of these issues. (1) What is enterprise management? To study the modernization of enterprise management, we must first understand what management is. There are many current arguments, such as functional statements, decision making, organization, and so on. I think there should be a comprehensive and dialectical view on this.
