今年3月份以来,部分城市出现了少数楼盘热销的迹象。于是便有人喊:楼市回暖了,房价探底了,不买就要错过机会了!等等。楼市是否真的回暖了,其实即使不具备一定的经济理论知识,只要看一看都是哪些人在喊楼市回暖了,你就不难做出判断:又是忽悠。因为那些喊楼市回暖了的人,除了开发商便是一些与开发商有着某种利益关系的相关者。而国内比较中立的研究机构发表的报告则指出,“楼市价格指数下行的进程还远说不上探底”。那就更不要说回暖了。
