满足读者需求,是高校图书馆文献资源建设的根本目的。美国加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校(UCSB)图书馆采取读者决策采购的理念,进行了在信息素养课程中嵌入学生选书项目的创新尝试。通过介绍分析UCSB读者决策采购与信息素养课程整合的动因、方式、实施策略、取得的效果及存在的问题,提出我国大学图书馆应寻求支持与合作,探索试行读者决策采购与信息素养课程整合,拓展学生读者参与馆藏建设的方式。
To meet the needs of readers, is the fundamental purpose of university library document resources. The University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) Library took the concept of reader decision-making and procurement and embarked on an innovative attempt to embed student-choice projects in information literacy classes. By introducing and analyzing the reasons, methods, implementation strategies, achievements and existing problems of UCSB readers’ decision-making procurement and information literacy curriculum integration, this paper puts forward that Chinese university libraries should seek support and cooperation, explore the trial integration of readers decision-making procurement and information literacy curriculum, Expansion of student readers to participate in the collection of building methods.
