为了适应国际建筑市场的发展,国际标准化组织(ISO)责令其建筑技术顾问组(TAGs)起草了一份(战略计划)(草案,1996,6),提出了要从加速发展全球建筑标准化、减少国际贸易障碍的角度出发,制订一个国际建筑标准的综合体系,整顿现有国际建筑标准技术委员会机构,并按新的需求重新安排国际建筑标准化工作项目。我国已表态支持这一计划。现将该文件摘要发表,以便读者了解这一重要国际动向。
In order to adapt to the development of the international construction market, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has ordered its Construction Technology Advisory Group (TAGs) to draft a (Strategic Plan) (Draft, 1996, 6) that sets out to accelerate the development of global building standardization, International trade barriers, we should formulate a comprehensive system of international building standards, reorganize the existing International Committee of Building Standards Technical Institutions and rearrange international building standardization projects according to new needs. My country has stated its position in favor of this plan. The abstract is now published for readers to understand this important international trend.
