用数量遗传学研究的方法对我国目前4个陆地棉主栽品种的育种利用价值作了遗传评价。结果显示,泗棉3号在杍棉产量方面,苏棉6号在杍棉产量、皮棉产量,衣分方面具有较高的一般配合力效应,为较理想的新品种选育的亲本材料。通过特殊配合力方差分析,中棉所12号,苏棉6号在铃重。果枝方面具有较高的特殊配合力方差,以此为亲本。可以筛选到高优势组合,上述分析表明,苏棉6号不仅是一个高产抗病的新品种,并且也是一个较为理想的亲本材料,可以用来进行新品种的选配及新组合的筛选。
The genetic evaluation of the breeding use value of the four main cultivars of upland cotton in our country was carried out by the methods of quantitative genetics. The results showed that in cotton cultivar Simian No.3, the yield of cotton cultivar Sumian 6 was higher than that of cotton cultivar Suimian No.6 in terms of cotton yield, lint yield and lint percentage. Through the analysis of variance with special combining ability, Zhongmianshu 12 and Sumian 6 were boll weight. Fruit branches have a higher variance with the special combining ability, as the parent. The above analysis shows that Sumian 6 is not only a new variety with high yield and disease resistance but also an ideal parent material for selecting new varieties and screening new combinations.
