为研究视网膜色素变性的视网膜电图(ERGS),测量了75例150眼视网膜色素变性病人的ERGS,分析其b波振幅情况。方法:用视觉电生理仪测量ERGS的b波振幅,分析从5个月到70岁的75例150眼视网膜色素变性病人的ERGS的b波振幅情况。结果:①b波振幅重度降低或记录不到波形者130眼,占87%,平均年龄25岁,其最好视力达1.5,最低可无光感。②b波振幅轻度或中度降低者10例20眼,占13%,平均年龄22岁,其视力从0.03到1.2。③年龄与视力相关分析,r=-0.5392,p<0.01,呈负相关。但也存在幼年的视力与b波振幅很差的病例。④56例112眼(75%)病人的视杆、视锥反应均异常,也有19例38眼(25%)病人仅视杆反应b波降低,视锥反应正常或轻度降低。结论:①视网膜色素变性病人的视网膜电图以b波振幅重度降低与记录不到波形为主。②少数年龄较轻的视网膜色素变性者的视网膜内层细胞功能尚未明显紊乱。③所有RP病人的视力与年龄呈负相关,差异有显著意义。但也存在幼年的视力与振幅很差的病例,可能与RP类型有关。④视网膜色素变性病人的视网膜细胞功能损害从周边向中心发展进行,ERGS检查还可以给RP临床分型提
To study retinitis pigmentosa (ERGS), the ERGS of 75 patients with retinitis pigmentosa of 150 eyes were measured and their b-wave amplitudes were analyzed. METHODS: The amplitude of b-wave in ERGS was measured by visual electrophysiology and the b-wave amplitude of ERGS in 75 eyes of 150 patients with retinitis pigmentosa from 5 months to 70 years old was analyzed. Results: (1) The amplitude of b wave was reduced or recorded in 130 eyes, accounting for 87%. The mean age was 25 years old. The best visual acuity was 1.5 and the lowest was no light feeling. ② B wave amplitude mild or moderate decrease in 10 cases and 20 eyes, accounting for 13%, mean age 22 years old, and its visual acuity from 0.03 to 1.2. ③ age and vision related analysis, r = -0.5392, p <0.01, was negatively correlated. However, there are also cases of poor visual acuity and b-wave amplitude in infancy. ④ In 56 eyes of 112 eyes (75%), the rods and cones were abnormal. There were also 19 cases (38%) of 38 eyes (25%). The b wave decreased and the cone reaction was normal or mildly decreased. Conclusion: ①The retinal electroretinogram of patients with retinitis pigmentosa heavily decreases in b-wave amplitude and can not record the waveform. ② a small number of younger retinitis pigmentosa in retinal inner cell function has not been significantly disrupted. All patients with RP vision and age was negatively correlated, the difference was significant. However, there are also cases of poor visual acuity and amplitude in infancy, which may be related to the RP type. ④ retinal pigment epithelial cells in patients with functional impairment from the peripheral to the center of development, ERGS examination can also give RP clinical classification
