目的探讨临床药学开展的有效途径。方法结合临床药学的发展形势,对临床药师2年的临床药学实践进行归纳总结,并以实例分析来探讨切合实际的临床药学思路。结果临床药学实践以个体化的药学服务为表现形式,主要集中于3个方面:针对特殊疾病,提供个体化的药学服务;针对特殊细菌,提供个体化的药学服务;针对特殊药物,提供个体化的药学服务,由此得出以“服务临床,服务患者”为中心的临床药学思想。结论临床药学从服务做起,在服务中求生存,在服务中促发展。
Objective To explore effective ways to carry out clinical pharmacy. Methods Combined with the development of clinical pharmacy, clinical pharmacists’ clinical pharmacy practice for two years were summarized and analyzed with practical examples to explore the practical clinical pharmacy ideas. Results The clinical pharmacy practice took individualized pharmacy services as the manifestation, mainly focusing on three aspects: providing individualized pharmacy services for special diseases, providing personalized pharmacy services for special bacteria, and providing individualized medicines for special drugs Of the pharmacy service, thus come to “clinical service, serving patients ” as the center of clinical pharmacy thinking. Conclusion Clinical pharmacy starts from service, survives in service and promotes in service.
