本研究采用室内盆裁不同玉米品种,待其长至50~70cm 高时,剪其顶部一段(约10cm),磨碎后分别加入人工饲料中,用以饲养亚洲玉米螟〔Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenee)〕,经过一段时间后分别称虫重、量体长、观察记录化蛹时间,并用盆栽品种于室外栽植,进行田间测定.结果表明不同玉米品种在这几方面都有明显不同,所表现的抗螟性和感螟性与田间测定一致,从而可得出不同玉米品种抗螟性的差异.为筛选抗螟品种和指导推广大面积玉米品种提供了一个快捷简便的方法.
In this study, different maize varieties were potted in pots and cut to the top of about 10 cm when they were 50 to 70 cm in height.
