体外试验表明HE具有明显抑制CVB_(3m)繁殖和保护病毒感染细胞的作用。体内试验表明HE对CVB_(3m)感染小鼠具有减缓死亡、延长存活时间、保护其不得心肌炎或减轻心肌炎病变的作用。提示HE在控制病毒感染中起重要作用。
In vitro experiments showed that HE had the effect of significantly inhibiting the reproduction of CVB_(3m) and protecting the virus-infected cells. In vivo experiments showed that HE had the effects of slowing death, prolonging survival, protecting against myocarditis, or alleviating myocarditis lesions in CVB_(3m)-infected mice. It is suggested that HE plays an important role in controlling viral infection.
