信息技术是高技术各领域发展的前导与核心。它的研究开发和应用水准已经成为衡量一个国家发达程度的主要标志。信息及其技术是一种资源,它贡献给人类社会的是高效的劳动生产率;它可以创造今天看来十分困难的科学技术、工程技术和产业等方面的奇迹。因此,发展信息技术,已成为各个国家和地区发展战略的核心内容。信息技术是以微电子技术为基础,为研究和实现信息的探测、远距离接收、转换和传递、存储、处理、控制和利用等功能的技术总称。因此,它是一个多层次、多专业的复杂的综合技术体系。它实际包括了遥感技术、激光技术、光电子技术、通信技术、人工智能技术、半导体技术、自动化技术、计算机技术等等,其中计算机技术与通信技术可以说是核心的核心。
Information technology is the precursor and core of high-tech development in all fields. Its research, development and application standards have become the major hallmarks of a country’s level of development. Information and its technologies are a resource that contributes to human society with efficient labor productivity; it can create miracles in science and technology, engineering and industry, which seem so difficult today. Therefore, the development of information technology has become the core content of the development strategies of various countries and regions. Information technology is based on microelectronic technology as a general term for the study and realization of information detection, remote reception, conversion and transfer, storage, processing, control and utilization functions. Therefore, it is a multi-level, multi-professional and complex integrated technology system. It actually includes remote sensing technology, laser technology, optoelectronic technology, communication technology, artificial intelligence technology, semiconductor technology, automation technology, computer technology and so on, of which computer technology and communication technology can be said to be the core of the core.
