建设社会主义法治国家需要大批从事各种类型法律工作的卓越法律人才,应当充分认识到,卓越法律人才既有理论型,也有实务型,并且法治国家建设需要大量的各类型实务型法律人才,占全国法学院总量绝大多数的地方普通高等院校的法学院应当承担起这个光荣的任务。卓越的实务型法律人才培养需要改变目前存在的法学基础理论教学与法律实践教学之间的不和谐状况,实现理论教学与实践教学的有机结合。
The construction of a socialist country governed by the law requires a large number of outstanding legal personnel who are engaged in various types of legal work. We should fully realize that there are both theoretical and substantive types of outstanding legal personnel and that the construction of a country under the rule of law requires a large number of substantive legal personnel of various types, accounting for The law schools of ordinary institutions of higher learning in the vast majority of the national law schools should assume this glorious task.
