我院在1972～1979年间发生6例,均为成人,输入量为 5～310毫升,清醒病人均有寒颤、高热,可达42℃以上,均经细菌培养证实。凝血机能检查:6例三P试验均为阳性、有明显的血小板减少(22000～71000/mm~3),血浆纤维蛋白元下降(72～163毫克％),凝血酶元时间延长。符合DIC诊断。 6例中有2例经用大剂量激素、广谱抗菌素大剂
In our hospital from 1972 to 1979 occurred in 6 cases, both adults, the input volume of 5 to 310 ml, awake patients have chills, fever, up to 42 ℃, were confirmed by bacterial culture. Coagulation function tests: 6 cases of three P test were positive, with significant thrombocytopenia (22000 ~ 71000 / mm ~ 3), decreased plasma fibrinogen (72 ~ 163 mg%), prolonged prothrombin time. Complies with DIC diagnosis. In 6 cases, 2 cases were treated with high-dose hormones and broad-spectrum antibiotics
