由英A捷尔斯登、美L瑞斯尼可夫著,高诚译、上海人民出版社1974年出版的《心跳呼吸停止的复苏》(下称该著),发行甚广,影响很大,是一重要的心跳呼吸复苏专著。我院在抢救心跳呼吸骤停病人的数年实践中,笔者发现在一些问题上,与该著记载不同,结合复习其他复苏文献,木文就心博骤停时心电图的诊断问题,与该著作、译者商榷如下: 一、该著第3页图1共有8份心电图,图下文字说明为“心跳骤停时的一些心电图图型”(原图附后,本文图1)
