目的研究医学生对结核病(TB)的认知状况及影响因素,为制定针对性的教育计划提供依据。方法自行设计有关TB的知识(K)、态度(A)和行为(P)调查表,按整群抽样原则抽取大一到大四的医学生进行无记名调查。结果共调查480名学生,其中男生181人,占37.7%,女生299人,占62.3%。化为百分制后K、A、P各类平均得分分别为65.20分、41.25分、49.38分。男女生在态度和行为上差异有显著意义(P<0.05),年级和父亲职业对学生认知有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论医学生对于结核病的认知水平尚待提高,需要进一步加强教育改变其对结核病及结核病人的不当态度及行为。
Objective To study the cognitive status and influencing factors of medical students on tuberculosis (TB), and to provide the basis for the formulation of targeted educational programs. Methods Self-designed questionnaire about knowledge (K), attitude (A) and behavior (P) of TB was used to conduct a secretarial investigation among the freshmen who were freshmen and seniors according to the principle of cluster sampling. Results A total of 480 students were surveyed, including 181 boys, accounting for 37.7% and 299 girls, accounting for 62.3%. Into the percentage system K, A, P various types of average score was 65.20 points, 41.25 points, 49.38 points. There was significant difference in attitude and behavior between boys and girls (P <0.05), grade and father’s occupation had significant influence on students’ cognition (P <0.05). Conclusion Medical students’ awareness of TB needs to be improved, and education needs to be further strengthened to change their misconduct and behavior towards TB and tuberculosis patients.
