平衡计分卡目前是世界上最流行的管理模式之一,最早流行于企业,并且已得到世界管理学家的认可与支持,在我国这种最流行、最科学的绩效考核办法也得到了证实,并被逐步应用到了公立医院,它的应用将调动医院全体职工的积极性和能动性,促进医院良性持续发展。本文将从平衡计分卡的概念及原理入手,阐述平衡计分卡在公立医院实施的必要性与可行性以及实施办法,最后说明实施过程中应注意的事项。以上是我个人肤浅的看法,希望对医院的绩效改革助上一臂之力。
Balanced Scorecard is currently one of the most popular management models in the world. It was first popularized in enterprises and has been approved and supported by world management experts. In China, the most popular and most scientific performance appraisal method has also been confirmed , And gradually applied to the public hospital, its application will mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of all staff in the hospital to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the hospital. This article starts with the concept and principle of BSC, elaborates the necessity and feasibility of SCC in public hospitals, and explains the implementation methods. At last, it explains the matters needing attention in the process of implementation. These are my personal superficial views, hoping to contribute to the hospital’s performance reform.
