改革教学方法是提高教学质量的重要途径。针对游泳技术特征和游泳技术教学特点 ,设计了以技术动作结构层次和教学层次为主导的 “层次教学方法 ”。实验结果表明 :技术具有多层面特点 ,包括结构、要素和功能三个层次 ,影响着教学的进度、动作教学顺序和目标 ;游泳技术特点使教学更需要从其动作要素上研究教学方向 ,实验所提出的 “形、动、变 ”游泳技术动作教学顺序模式可供参考 ;教学应成为学生自觉参与的学习活动 ,因此在教授、控制和评价的教学主要环节中 ,要认真设计和组织教学 ,遵循学生学习的认知规律 ,提高教学质量。
Reforming teaching methods is an important way to improve teaching quality. According to the characteristics of swimming technique and the teaching of swimming technique, this paper designs a “teaching method of hierarchy” which is dominated by the structure of the technical movement and the teaching level. The experimental results show that the technology has the characteristics of multi-level, including the structure, elements and functions of three levels, affecting the progress of teaching, teaching sequence and goal of action; swimming technical characteristics make teaching more need to study from the action elements of teaching direction, The proposed teaching mode of swimming skill movements can be used for reference. Teaching should be a learning activity for students to participate voluntarily. Therefore, in the teaching and teaching of professors, control and evaluation, we should conscientiously design and organize teaching , Follow the cognitive rules of student learning, improve teaching quality.
