中国水利经济研究会和中国水利学会工程管理专业委员会于1984年12月1—5日在北京密云水库联合召开了水利工程经营管理讨论会。与会代表40人,提交论文21篇。中国水利经济研究会理事长张季农出席会议并讲了话。会议以十二届三中全会的精神作为指导思想,围绕改革水利工程经营管理问题,展开了理论探讨,并研究了解决一些实际问题的途径。代表们认为,已建成的水利工程管理单位应逐步实现企业化,变事业型单纯管理为企业型经营管理。要达到这一目标的
China Water Conservancy Economic Research Association and China Water Conservancy Society Engineering Management Committee on December 1-5, 1984 Miyun Reservoir in Beijing jointly held a seminar on water conservancy project management. 40 delegates attended the conference, and 21 papers were submitted.
