笔者以Kelsall的快慢浮离散分布速率常数模型为基础建立单槽浮选机模块ONECEL,并在微型机上建立通用的稳态浮选流程仿真器SIMFLOT,可以仿真任意结构的浮选流程。笔者还以从实际值和计算值差的加权平方和为目标函数,采用SUMT混合罚函数法估计模型参数,并编制了相应的程序ESTIFLOT。实例以德兴铜矿生产数据作为仿真标准条件,原始数据经物料平衡程序包CSIMMBAL处理,用ESTIFLOT估计出模型参数,最后用SIMFLOT进行仿真运算,仿真结果令人满意。
Based on Kelsall’s fast and slow dispersion rate constant model, the author established single tank flotation module ONECEL and established a universal steady-state flotation process simulator SIMFLOT on the microcomputer to simulate the flotation process of any structure. The author also takes the weighted square sum of the difference between the actual value and the calculated value as the objective function, and uses the SUMT mixed penalty function method to estimate the model parameters and compiles the corresponding program ESTIFLOT. Taking Dexing copper mine production data as the simulation standard conditions, the original data was processed by material balance package CSIMMBAL. ESTIFLOT was used to estimate the model parameters. Finally, SIMFLOT was used to simulate the data. The simulation results were satisfactory.
